Goals:
- To generate the development of a collective creative process by trying to produce new development projects and visions for the area, involving businesses, citizens and Third Sector organizations.
- To educate the local community by strengthening the skills and abilities of the local stakeholders through non-formal learning or the transmission of a methodology.
- Connecting local stakeholders, developing local partnerships and collaborations between different actors in the area.
- Transform the social contexts involved, through the introduction of new working methods and inclusive and innovative processes.
During each residency, we organize several free meetings open to the public, aimed at creating connections between innovators and the local community.
We invite all citizens, local authorities, businesses, and associations to participate, so we may reflect together on the challenges and development opportunities for our region.

Special Guest: Carlos Jonay Suàrez Suàrez
Field: Rural area redevelopment / rural regeneration
Biography: Carlos is a digital strategy consultant who has been blending technological vision with social commitment since 2013. As the co-founder of Pueblos Remotos, his mission is to transform rural areas into innovative, connected ecosystems. He promotes a development model based on co-creation and respect for local rhythms to generate a real, sustainable impact.

Special guests: Elisabetta Chiesa & Federico Valentini
Field: Circular economy applied to urban social innovation.
Biography: Elisabetta is a sociologist from Friuli specializing in local development. She manages cultural and social projects with a focus on public policy and community engagement. Currently a research fellow at the University of Udine, she collaborates with the Municipality of Gorizia through the National School of Cultural Heritage (Scuola Nazionale del Patrimonio). Her work combines a deep passion for the region with activism in conscious consumption through the Slow Food Youth Network.
Biography: Federico is a multidisciplinary professional working at the intersection of health, nutrition, and social innovation. With a healthcare background ranging from nursing to nutrition, he is the co-founder and coordinator of Recup Aps in Rome. An expert in circular economy and participatory processes, he is dedicated to building local networks that generate social and environmental impact through food recovery.
